OUTLINE FOR WEEKENDS: Discussion / sharing, presentation of new Cranial/Structural techniques and soft tissue protocol, body reading, demonstration of the new protocol by Don, practicing body reading and the full protocol on each other, ending with plenty of question / answer time on the last day.

OUTLINE FOR 4-DAY CLASSES:  Discussion / sharing on first morning, presentation of new Cranial/Structural techniques and soft tissue protocol for the first 2 days, body reading, demonstration of the new protocol by Don, practicing body reading and the full protocol on each other.  Then the presentation and practicing of the 2nd protocol for the 2nd 2 days, with plenty of question / answer time on the last day.

SET TRAINING OUTLINE

PHASE I is the basic spinal stabilization to release the core distortion pattern out of the structure and soft tissue of the body.  You learn the following protocols and routines:
    ~Head, Neck and Shoulder protocol
    ~Cranial/Structural Decompression & Quick Release Technique
    ~Cranial Structural Core Distortion Releases I
    ~Pelvic Balancing Protocol
    ~Cranial/Structural Core Distortion Releases II
    ~Advanced Thoracic Releases

PHASE II teaches how to effectively move the client into maximum structural balance by releasing the structural sub-patterns the body tends to move through as it unwinds out of the core distortion.  You will learn protocols and cranial releases for:
    ~10 sub-patterns including carpal tunnel/nerve entrapment syndromes
    ~the emotional component that contributes to each sub-pattern
    ~advanced lower leg and foot techniques (heel spurs, plantar fascitis, hammer toes, bunions, old and new ankle sprains/strains to name a few)
    ~specific TMJ techniques
    ~techniques for releasing emotional energy - Don is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and brings to this training many years of experience.  this is taught within the scope of massage therapy.

YOU will also experience an amazing personal growth - just one of the exciting bonuses of this training!

Classes meet 1 weekend a month @ $600 per weekend, or 4 days every 2 months @ $1200 per 4-day session - truly a bargain for the information and experience. This is an all encompassing therapy that is proven to be effective in rehabilitating acute and chronic pain and dysfunction!

We are committed to supporting you during the Training and beyond, and are available by phone and email for challenges or questions.  After graduation you have the opportunity to become a Certified SET Therapist.  We also offer  CE's for SET Review weekends, Advanced Abdominal and Gluteal work, Advanced Adductor work, Advanced Cranial Decompression, Children's Cranial Decompression for Children 7-13 years old, and more.

The SET Training is a complete entity - because of the progression of the training, individual sessions are not an option!  You commit to the full year of training.  Should emergencies arise you will have the opportunity to make up sessions with another SET Class.

DON'S GOAL:  Each participant will master the philosophy, structural analysis, and specific techniques necessary to be successful in treating clients most effectively as the body unwinds into balance and pain free function.  The results that are achieved using these treatment protocols place SET Practitioners at the top of their profession both in expertise and income!  Requests for names of trained SET Practitioners within the state, around the country and internationally are frequent - thus, once trained and established, you will always be in demand! The "golden nugget" of this training is the Cranial/Structural Core Distortion Releases - to our knowledge, no one else is teaching this expanded set of techniques to release the structural core distortion! You can make a significant difference in the lives of those you touch, while experiencing awesome rewards, personal growth, and satisfaction yourself!
